STH is a leading provider of specialist HGV and trailer services to the logistics, retail and transport sectors. Its sites include workshop facilities, a paint shop, a sandblasting facility, MOT bays and a fabrication centre for new trailers and manufacturing.
CREATING A NEW HEAD OFFICE
STH’s head office was located in several sub-buildings on its Leeds site. However, when the HGV specialists decided to consolidate all the company’s functions into one building it needed to create a new electrical infrastructure. The new head office had to support its transport team, customer waiting areas, admin and fleet maintenance management.
DELIVERING A COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SOLUTION
GRW Electrical is a trusted partner of STH, having delivered multiple projects over the last 10 years. As a result, STH asked GRW to provide a complete electrical solution for the new building. GRW delivered the entire project, including design, installation, service and support.
The fit-out project comprised electrical infrastructure, fire and security, electric vehicle charging, photovoltaic solar panels, ground source heat pumps and overall project management for the 14-week project.
