STH is a specialist provider of HGV and trailer services. Its head office site in Leeds contained multiple buildings that housed the different teams within the business. To support the company’s continued growth, it constructed a new head office building that could contain all the departments under one roof.

DELIVERY

After working with STH for over 10 years, GRW Electrical was known for offering a one-stop approach to electrical projects. Its electricians could provide a suite of services, including design, installation and project management.

GRW delivered the entire fit-out project, including fire and security, electric vehicle charging, photovoltaic solar panels and ground source heat pumps, to the satisfaction of STH.
