Project Overview

Holroyd Miller is an independent commercial and residential property specialist and estate agency with two offices based in West Yorkshire. The company briefed GRW to carry out a range of electrical testing and reports on both their residential properties and commercial units.

Project Delivery

Holroyd Miller have recently relocated premises to a prominent Wakefield town centre location and GRW has successfully provided:

All electrical power and lighting design for general office use
Alarm and security with access control
Lighting Design included LED window display and reduction in energy using latest lighting technology
The project also included CAT5e UTP cabling for both telephone and data
